#Remotefirst and our corporate apartments are designed to make visiting offices convenient, affordable, comfortable and fun. We are providing this home to you in the hope that you feel more comfortable, safe and above all happy to come and visit one of our two locations and feel more connected to the Cloudbeds team.

Please remember that although the apartment is free of charge to book for all Cloudbeds' employees, there is cleaning fee of $165.00 USD for each stay regardless of the length of time. If the apartment required a deep cleaning following the visit, additional charges will be added.

House Rules

Your stay is strictly limited to Unit 604 with access to the courtyard and Skylounge, on a first come, first served basis from 8am to 10pm.Please make sure you keep the hallways clear of obstructions; waiting or gathering in the hallways is strictly prohibited.

Only Cloudbeds Team members are allowed to rent the property and must always be present at the apartment, when accompanied by a guest. Prior to your stay, you, and any guests added to the reservation, must fill out the waiver, which will be emailed to you upon booking.

Smoking

There is a strict no smoking policy inside the building and the unit. This includes no smoking in the courtyard and Skylounge. Any type of smoking inside the building is subject to a $200 fee.

Parties and Gatherings

Parties are absolutely not permitted. Please respect the space, the neighbors, and guests at the neighboring properties. You may have day visitors at the unit and make the use of the courtyard or the Skylounge with your guests. Remember these are available on a first come, first served basis and are available 8am - 10pm.

Pet Policy

Unfortunately you’ll need to leave your furry friend at home as pets are only allowed in the building for long term tenants.

Cleaning Fee

You will be responsible to pay a cleaning fee of $165.00 USD. This is a flat rate, charged by our cleaning company. Payment to be made upon confirmation of booking, the cleaning will be scheduled for 10am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed.
